It is a well named potion that multiplies the manhood faetor of even the mousiest of males and has a persuasive effect on women, whether they are by naturę good, bad or indifferent. Forced into mercenary pursuits to win the lovely Kitty, Willie goes up north to sell a fabulous vend- ing machinę to a labor union. Not the least charm- ing of his adventures while seeking to inerease union efficiency through Qualmpap is an interlude with Rouge, a blonde who slips hubby a mickey so she can entertain the doctor.
