It is estimated that human beings (Homo sapiens) as we know them today emerged around 200,000 years ago and have since evolved to become the most intellectually developed species on the planet. Despite this, from a genetic point of view, humans are still the same Homo sapiens as they were thousands of years ago: there have been no mutations large enough to give rise to a new species… until now. In an organization funded by the Japanese government, secret experiments are being carried out on a virtually unknown species, considered to be the natural evolution of humans. Called “Dicornius,” these creatures, usually female, are natural and random mutations, born from normal parents and, when identified, are taken to laboratories, where they undergo all kinds of experiments, including mistreatment. Much about the true nature of “dicornius” is still unknown. Research reveals that, in addition to the pair of horns on their heads, they have telekinetic powers and several pairs of arms, called “vectors,” capable of tearing apart anyone who comes close. It is in this context that LUCY, a powerful Dicornius with a deep grudge against humans, manages to escape from the organization. During her escape, she is shot in the head, which leads to the emergence of a second personality, more innocent, docile and clumsy. And it is this personality that the cousins ​​Kouta and Yuka, ordinary young people, find on a beach in the city of Kamakura. The two decide to help her when they discover that, in addition to being naked, she can't speak anything other than "Nyu". Nicknamed "Nyu", the girl acts like a baby, which will cause Kouta, always attentive to girls, to go through some very embarrassing situations. Without knowing "Nyu"'s past, they decide to protect her from anyone who wants to take her by force.
